The natural order of 'things' is that we use herbs for maintaining health and cleansing our bodies. But when we use toxic and synthetic compounds and even some medications, we can all too easily create health imbalances or even disease, unknowingly. Much illness thought to be commonly generated via bacteria or viruses can be reflections of various types of chemical poisoning working deeply within our bodies. In other words, a lot of chemically-induced illnesses are mis-diagnozed by doctors as being representative of the flu and other common health issues. The illness may well have its critical source in a relatively uneventful chemical exposure (one not generating obtuse acute symptoms), or in a series of exposures, such as in a long-term chemical exposure/contamination event. Both of these types of incidents may be ones that we are not aware of.
This can occur when a neighbor sprays weedicide or when we rub a cortizone cream on our hands, for example. This says a great deal about how low under the radar chemical impacts on human health are flying. For example, pesticide poisoning in children classically causes stomach cramps. However, most parents and doctors would never suspect pesticide poisoning as the cause of their kids' tummy symptoms because a stomach cramp does not usually seem to be a serious issue that we should investigate further.
