Acne Not Necessarily What It Seems To Be

There are some cautions advised regarding our culture's mad advertising obsession with curing acne (apart from the ethics of a heavy indoctrination program waged against suggestible teens). That is, acne can be interpreted as the body's attempt to dissipate stored and congested toxins in the body. Acne actually should not be suppressed, otherwise you may be forcing the toxins back into your system. Discovering better ways to maintain your health (exercise, nutrition and diet [not necessarily heavy dieting!]) will automatically -- at least after an initial time of automatic bodily cleansing and reorganization -- reduce acne problems. Acne should never be addressed via synthetic and toxic cream preparations. This only forces the acne process of toxin elimination to go in reverese and loads the body up with more chemical contaminants.

Consider Acupuncture, Chinese herbs and Herbalife nutritional products as a valuable means for treating acne, along with a good diet and eliminative habits.
